We are hiring production employees for 2nd & 3rd Shift in our Carol Stream, IL location.

Shift:  2^nd Shift Mon-Fri   (3:00pm - 11:30pm)
           3^rd  Shift Mon-Fri  (11:00pm –   7:30am)

Role Description:

OSG is looking for individuals who are hard-working and dedicated who can follow job ticket instructions, operate a machine, and meet production goals.

Duties:

• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Sets stops or guides to specified length as indicated by work order.
• Observes machines operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction.
• Measures workpiece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation.
• Assists other machine operators to set up machine, and stack, mark, pack, and transport finished workpieces.
• Performs housekeeping duties as required on a daily basis.
• Perform duties as required by quality procedures.
• Overtime required as needed.
• Regular and appropriate attendance is expected in this and all other positions at OSG.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Experience:

• Strong ability to concentrate.
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to account for all documents processed and shipped.
• Must be 18 years or older.
