We are seeking a talented Corporate Collections Specialist to join our team to help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of services.

 What you will do:

• Process and reconcile accounts receivable and remittances 

• Post daily payments including checks, wires, and ACH credit transfers to customer accounts.

• Address payment issues such as double payments, short payments and other discrepancies, working with various controller teams for resolution

• Assist in customer collections, including calls and correspondence 

• Regularly review AR reports to accurately track customer balances

• Support of collection forecasts

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task, take initiative and adapt quickly to changing priorities through excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency with Great Plains.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Superb written and verbal communications skills 

• Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives
